Over the years the Leicester City Women FC has seen 20 players involved with the International set up at various youth levels and continuously strives to produce more. Most notably Ex Captain Remi Allen gained over 20 caps at International level and won a European Gold Medal
In terms of the football, Leicester Women City are a hardworking side that take nothing for granted and strive to be professional in every aspect possible. This includes ensuring we have the most qualified and experienced coaches to develop players at youth level with 8 Level 3 coaches, 1 Level 3 GK coach and 2 Level 2 coaches, a Chartered Physiotherapist and an Exercise Scientist. We also have quality training facilities including 3g and a quality home pitch at Oadby Town Football Club, Leicestershire.
Leicester City Women FC have a very strong link with the men’s team and are supported tremendously well in their plight for success by the Chairman and Chief Executive of the football club.
