Craig was the original Manager of the Women's team for the first two seasons of the clubs formation in 2004/05. In his two season as Manager Craig ensured two promotions, a County Cup and two League Cups with the side setting them firmly on the right track. After 4 seasons out of club management Craig has returned this season after previous Manager Rehanne Skinner moved on. Craig has continued to be involved behind the scenes and is also the Football in the Community Director at Leicester City and is a UEFA B Licence Coach and Coach Educator.

Notes:
Rehanne managed the club for 4 seasons between 2006/07 - 2009/10 after playing for the club in the first two seasons it was set up. In the managerial role Rehanne led the side to 2 League Titles, 3 County Cups and 1 League Cup during which the team made the biggest step of all getting into the Women's Premier League. Whilst not in the management position Rehanne is still helping behind the scenes to help the club move forward.

Geoff has been the women's team leading supporter since its inception and has done all manner of things to ensure the smooth running of the side with things like seeking sponsorship, being kit man, writing match reports, the list is endless. Geoff is exceptional at public relations and very experienced in all aspects of football having been on LCFC books in his time and also a Manager of many successful Men's teams in the past.

Brett is a Leicester fan through and through who gained a lot of experience coaching his daughters side in the past. This season is his third in charge of the development of the reserves and led the team to a promotion last season into the Premier League Reserve Division - Mids & North 1 after narrowly missing out the season before. The team also got to the Quarter Finals of the league cup last season, narrowly missing out to Everton.
